What's included in your cleaning service?
Our 10-step process covers every detail to transform your balcony into a spotless inviting space. We clean all windows and paneling, balcony ceiling, railings, floor, door screen and door track. We wipe down all planters, furniture and any other accessories. All spider webs and nests are also removed and cleaned. We also apply a spider repellant to the perimeter. Each step ensures your balcony feels fresh, welcoming and ready for you to enjoy.
Are there any balcony conditions you dont service?
We handle all conditions. However certain conditions require special handling. Pigeon excretement, animal waste, disposal services, and BBQ grease are priced on a case by case basis as they require additonal time and specialized cleaning. Our upfront pricing covers standard cleaning and these items are not included.
What areas or neighbourhoods do you service?
We serve Toronto, Vaughan, Peel region and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to confirm. We are committed to delivering top tier service wherever you're located within our service area.
What happens if I'm not happy with the results?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your not completely happy with the results, just let us know and we will make it right. As the final step in our process, we always conduct a final walk through to ensure every detail meets your expectations. If there's anything that needs further attention, we'll gladly take care of it again. Our goal is to provide you with a flawless experience.
Do you offer different pricing packages, or is it one flat rate?
We keep it simple with a comprehensive flat rate that covers our full 10-step process. This approach ensures you receive the same high standards of care and attention to detail with every service. Our goal is to provide clear up front pricing so you can enjoy peace of mind and a beautiful refreshed balcony without any surprises.
Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?
Our flat rate includes everything in our 10-step process so there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. The only instance where additional costs may apply is for unique circumstances such as pigeon excrement, animal waste, BBQ grease, and disposal services. If this applies, we will always discuss it with you up front ensuring complete transparency. We do not charge for moving furniture or to apply a spider repellant.
Do you use eco friendly or pet safe cleaning product's?
Yes we do! We're committed to using eco friendly pet safe cleaning products that are gentle on the environment and safe for your furry friends. Our products are carefully selected to deliver a powerful clean while ensuring the safety and well being of your loved ones. You can feel confident that your balcony will be refreshed without any harsh chemicals. Just a spotless, safe space for everyone to enjoy.
Do you have a referral program?

Does your cleaning service comply with my condo's rules and regulations?
Absolutely! Our cleaning complies with all rules and regulations. We prevent any water from dripping onto balconies below. We also ensure every surface is completely dried, leaving your space spotless without impacting your neighbours.
Do I need to prepare my balcony before you arrive?
To make the most of your balcony cleaning, simply open up all of your blinds before we arrive as this allows us to double check our work with better visibility, ensuring every corner is spotless. If you've done any planting beforehand, we're happy to tidy up any left over soil. Our goal is to provide you with complete peace of mind.
What happens if it rains or there's bad weather on my scheduled cleaning day?
Light rain is usually no problem, and we can still proceed with your cleaning. However, high winds or heavy rain may prevent us from working safely and efficiently. We monitor the forecast closely, and if weather conditions make it unsafe or less effective to clean, we'll reach out to reschedule at a time that works best for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
